  Plans to boost parking charges at parks in Northamptonshire

  It has now stated "for the time being" it is not going to pursue the Racecourse plans and would
  review the opposite park plans. The Racecourse would now not be free and would value £1.10 to £3.30,
  with visitors only capable of park for three hours at a time.
